Welcome to your personal online photo gallery!

By accessing or downloading images from this gallery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using or sharing any images.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All images in this gallery are the intellectual property of FRAME Photography and are protected under international copyright laws.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, FRAME Photography retains full copyright ownership of all photographs.

2. Usage Rights

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the images as specified in their package or agreement.

Personal sessions: Images may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes such as printing, sharing with friends and family, or posting on personal social media accounts (with proper credit).
Business or branding sessions: Images may be used for business websites, marketing materials, social media, and presentations that promote the client’s business.
Prohibited uses: Images may not be resold, altered, or used for commercial gain, third-party advertising, or stock image platforms without written permission.

3. Credit & Tagging

When sharing online, please credit the photographer as @frame_photograpy.ch (or as otherwise instructed).
Proper credit helps ensure the authenticity of the work and supports the photographer’s portfolio.

4. Gallery Access

The gallery link is private and intended only for the client and those they choose to share it with.
The gallery will remain online for 12 months from the delivery date unless otherwise agreed.
After expiration, the gallery may be archived or deleted without notice.

5. Image Selection & Editing

All delivered images have been professionally edited to the photographer’s artistic standards.
Raw or unedited files are not available for viewing or purchase, as they do not represent the final artistic vision of FRAME Photography.

6. Printing

Clients are welcome to print their photos through the integrated print store or at a professional lab of their choice.
FRAME Photography is not responsible for print quality or color variations from third-party labs.

7. Liability

FRAME Photography takes great care in handling and delivering images. In the unlikely event of data loss, damage, or delivery failure, liability is limited to a full or partial refund of the session fee or a reshoot at the photographer’s discretion.

8. Agreement

By accessing, viewing, or downloading images from this gallery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service.
